1. Place the cloth filter bag over the lip of the tank. 2. Place the vacuum head on top of the tank making sure the cloth filter stays seated on the lip of the tank.
Snap the 3 clamps closed
3. Snap the 3 clamps closed, ensuring it is sufficiently sealed.
