At CleanFreak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cleaning solutions. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
